Lee Sanchez is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Co-Founder of Sculpt Haus, bringing nearly two decades of healthcare experience and a forward-thinking approach to aesthetic medicine. Born and raised in Midland, Texas, Lee has been instrumental in shaping a new standard of hospitality in the Midland/Odessa area—one that seamlessly blends clinical excellence with elevated client experiences.
His career in healthcare began in 2007, providing him with a deep understanding of patient care across multiple settings, including home health and aesthetic medicine. Lee’s broad clinical foundation informs his strategic, thoughtful approach to aesthetics, allowing him to view treatments not as isolated procedures, but as part of a larger, long-term vision for patient wellness and confidence.
As a Co-Founder, Lee is recognized as an innovative mind behind Sculpt Haus, helping to design the practice from the ground up alongside Emilio. Together, they curated a space that redefines what aesthetic care looks and feels like locally—modern, luxurious, and intentionally different. Lee’s leadership extends beyond treatment rooms, influencing clinical culture, patient experience, and the overall evolution of the practice.
Lee is known for his professionalism, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to pushing the boundaries of aesthetic medicine in the region. His passion lies in elevating standards, embracing innovation, and ensuring Sculpt Haus remains at the forefront of modern aesthetic care in West Texas.
Emilio Castellon, RN, BSN
Co-Founder
Emilio Castellon is a Registered Nurse and Co-Founder of Sculpt Haus, specializing in advanced aesthetic medicine with a refined, anatomy-driven approach to facial rejuvenation. He graduated from Odessa College and became a Registered Nurse in June 2017, later earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Permian Basin in December 2018.
He began advanced aesthetic injectable training in 2019 and co-founded Sculpt Haus in Fall 2020 with a vision to deliver elevated, evidence-based aesthetic care rooted in precision, education, and natural results.
Emilio specializes in full facial balancing and comprehensive rejuvenation using dermal fillers and advanced laser technologies. His work focuses on structural restoration, facial harmony, and skin quality. Helping to achieve results that are refined and intentionally understated.
He has completed extensive advanced training in dermal filler injection techniques, cadaver labs and is a Licensed Laser Professional. His signature treatments include BBL HEROic® and HALO®, which he integrates into customized treatment plans designed to correct sun damage, improve texture, and stimulate collagen regeneration over time.
As Co-Founder, Emilio plays a central role in shaping Sculpt Haus by establishing clinical standards, curating advanced treatment protocols, and fostering a culture of continual education and innovation. He is recognized for his meticulous attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to evidence-based care. He believes that every patient experience should reflect the Sculpt Haus philosophy of precision and unrivaled results.
Angie Gonzales, PA-C
Angie Gonzales is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 12 years of clinical experience and a strong medical foundation in Orthopedic Surgery. A lifelong Midland/Odessa resident, she brings a precise, safety-driven, and refined approach to aesthetic medicine.
She began her aesthetic training in 2018 and has been a trusted provider at Sculpt Haus for the past two years. Angie specializes in advanced laser treatments including BBL HEROic®, HALO®, and MOXI®, as well as full facial balancing with dermal filler and natural lip enhancement. Her work is defined by meticulous attention to detail, anatomical precision, and a commitment to achieving subtle, elevated results that enhance—never overpower—natural features.
Angie was initially drawn to Sculpt Haus as a patient, inspired by the practice’s emphasis on advanced education, evidence-based techniques, and continual clinical training. She now proudly practices within an environment that prioritizes thoughtful treatment planning and long-term aesthetic outcomes.
One of Angie’s signature treatments is Sculptra®, a biostimulatory injectable that stimulates the body’s natural collagen production to improve skin thickness, texture, and volume gradually over time, delivering refined, natural-looking results that can last two years or longer.
Outside the clinic, Angie is a devoted mother of three boys and enjoys reading, fashion, and discovering new restaurants.
Alexa Guerrero
Licensed Laser Technician
Alexa Guerrero is a Licensed Laser Technician at Sculpt Haus with a strong passion for results-driven skin treatments and patient-centered care. She specializes in laser hair removal and advanced laser resurfacing treatments, including MOXI®, HALO®, and BBL HEROic®, as well as Hydrafacial® and customized facial treatments tailored to each patient’s skin goals.
Alexa has been an integral part of Sculpt Haus for five years, beginning her journey with the practice as a receptionist before growing into her clinical role. Her deep understanding of patient experience, paired with hands-on expertise, allows her to deliver treatments that are both effective and thoughtfully executed.
Known for her attentive touch and intuitive approach to skin, Alexa brings precision and care to every treatment while creating a welcoming, comfortable environment for patients. Her lively presence and genuine compassion contribute not only to exceptional patient experiences but also to the positive culture within the Sculpt Haus team.
Outside of the clinic, Alexa enjoys an active, outdoors-focused lifestyle and spending time with her family, including her three boys and beloved dogs. Her energy, warmth, and dedication are reflected in every aspect of her work, making her a trusted and valued provider at Sculpt Haus.
Thaily Sandoval
Licensed Esthetician
Thaily Sandoval is a Licensed Esthetician at Sculpt Haus, known for her exceptional attention to detail, precision-driven technique, and commitment to elevated skin health. She completed her esthetics education at Amenti Beauty Academy in Odessa, Texas, and earned her Esthetician license in December 2023.
She began her career in a luxury spa environment at The Woodhouse Day Spa, where she gained valuable experience in guest care before transitioning into hands-on esthetic practice. Thaily joined Sculpt Haus in August 2024, where she continues to refine her skills within a medically driven, results-focused aesthetic setting.
Thaily is highly detail-oriented and meticulous in her approach, particularly during facials and dermaplaning, where precision and intention are central to her work. Her favorite treatment is microneedling, valued for its ability to improve skin texture and support collagen stimulation.
A lifelong learner, Thaily enjoys reading and expanding her knowledge within aesthetics. She is currently working on receiving her Laser Professional License and is working closely alongside Emilio, Angie, and Alexa, shadowing advanced laser treatments as she continues to grow clinically within Sculpt Haus.
